Our private lake front area is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests, and our own family. You'll find lawn furniture, a picnic table, and a place to build a fire for those memorable evening gatherings. Swimmers and non-swimmers of all ages love our swimming area, just off to one side. The depth increases gradually from the shoreline over the natural sandy bottom making it perfect for toddlers and oldsters alike. And, its all in full view of watchful parents lounging on the dock.

Opposite the beach, we have a boathouse constructed in the form of a lean-to, opening toward the dock. It makes a great place to get in out of the sun, but not out of the action. Between the boathouse and the swimming area, a central pier provides boat docking as well as access to deeper water for fishing.

Each of our cottages has free access to one aluminum rowboat or aluminum canoe. Whether or not the available craft is a boat or canoe depends on whatever is available at the moment of use. Anyone wishing to use an additional boat or canoe must work out an arrangement on their own with the guests of another cottage. I expect this will not be difficult as all of our guests are always very friendly people. Our boats are for use ONLY on Eagle Crag Lake. Our canoes may be used ONLY on Eagle Crag, in the outlet of Eagle Crag below the dam, and on Mount Arab Lake. (There is a short carry to Mount Arab Lake.)
